Raptors are hosting Mavericks, a team that owns them since march 2003 with 6 straight wins. Dallas owns the best record ATM in the NBA, and that is not a suprise, at least not for me. They are playing great BB, and are very mature. Lats game against Pacers has showed it literaly, whole game they were down even in DD numbers, but they managed to win this game after OT. German WUNDERKIND is hot. He played one of his best games against Pacers, but he is not alone, Howard and Terry are in great form too, and so on...........
On other side we have Raptors, who just came back home of road trip, and should be very satisfied. They have 2 of 3 on the road, and have 4 of 5 last games. They catched some form lately, even thought those last 2 away wins against weakened Bucks and Celtics were not suprise for me I must addmit they are playing well and could couse some problems with Bosh (great last game performance), Bargnani, TJ Ford, Peterson........
Last game between those two teams was played in Dallas, and Mavericks have destroyed Raptors (117:98) even without Dirk, who injured himself and played only 10 minutes in this game.
Dirk picked some small injury against Pacers, but is expected to play tonight.
This spread shouldnt be a big problem for Dallas, even thought Dallas got many close wins this season.
I am expecting a fast and high scoring game with many open shots. In their last game against Toronto, Dallas shot 11 of 20 for 3 and got 53% from field, and that is pointing on a lot of space for Mavs players. If you give them a space, you are done... The line is 193 points, and this is the whole 22 points difference since they scored 215 at 29.Nov.
